We present to you our new favourite blogger Brittany Bathgate. A hell of a stylish girl, this girl understands proportions and the importance of timeless and modern pieces. She also happens to pull of culottes better than anyone else we know.
Who are you?
My name is Brittany Bathgate.
What do you do?
I currently balance (don’t ask me how) Visual Merchandising full time and creating content for styleandwellbeing.com
Where do you live?
Describe your personal style.
Basic, Minimal and Clean. I have a penchant for ugly sandals and unflattering trousers.
What inspires your style?
My style is inspired by mixing classic and contemporary pieces.
Next on your travel list.
My boyfriend and I recently booked our second trip to Australia, after spending a year there and meeting some amazing people it feels like a second home to us. Next year we are hoping to back pack through Thailand.
Two items you’ve been coveting lately.
I’m currently on the hunt for the perfect pair of tailored straight cut trousers and a crisps long line white shirt (does the search for the perfect white shirt ever really end?)
What are you favorite places to shop?
My regulars are COS, Whistles, & Other stories. Norwich is now home to Finch, a new contemporary womenswear shop. Offering pieces from Wood Wood, Peter Jensen, Still With You and much more, it’s so good (and also dangerous for my bank account) having my ideal shop right on my door step.
What beauty products would you recommend?
My 3 holy grails are Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, a skin serum and Anastasia dip brow10.
5 things you can’t live without.
Dean, iPhone, Camera, Computer, Moisturizer.
